Form Control Source Problem

Hi,

I've got a problem with my form that is confusing me...

In my form there is a section that check if a customer has signed a sheet or not. In the table its in the form of Yes/No (-1/0) so its displayed as a tick box.

In my form it says "#Name" and a little yellow diamond with an exclamation mark saying "This control has an invalid source". Ive tried to edit the forms source but no matter what I do no difference is made. So I can't see whether the form has been signed by the customer or not.

If required I can put pictures up that explain it a bit more.

Have a look in Properties of the control. (Tick Box). Check to see if the Control Source is correct.
