Form Controls does not work

I am modifying one of the MS Template to fit for my need. I have added few more controls and labels and added those new controls in the related Tables as well. When I go to 'View' mode, I can see my selections but I can not select them. Also, for some other controls, I get '#Name?' inside those boxes. I went to the table and manually entered some sample data but not all of them exists, especially to all of the new controls I added. I am new to all these stuff when it comes to creating it. Can you please help? Thanks in advance. If you would like to see sample, please let me know I will send it to you.

Your description doesn't help me have the warm fuzzies about answering your question(s). Maybe if you post your DB, someone will take an interest?

Fields and checkboxes does not work

1. ProjectName is defined as a number in the table. The combo box has text choices. You can not put text in a field that expects a number.
2. Same thing applies for Monitor.
3. InnCode and StatusDate are not fields in your underlying query and thus, cannot be bound to...looks like you removed those fields from your query after creating the form.
4. The "Resolution Team" check boxes are bound to fields that are not in your underlying query...i.e. there's no place to put the data if you check the box. Just like above.

This is the first time I smiled today. At leats I had a chance to see something I would have never imagined to see before. This solved the issue I was having...at least I think so. Thank you very much. I am sure I will have few more questions regarding this until this is done. I apologize for my knowledge at this level. But, appreciate a lot your time and help.
