Graphs (OLE Object)

I made a small app which displays a graph in a view forms.

This works verry nicely on my (developer) machine with fully installed Access on it. When i go to a Run-time machine i get a couple of errors:
1) Error function Format is not found (or soimething simular)
2) Cannot display OLE Object (or something simular)

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? And what i can do about it to remidy the situation?

I have had this happen to me, and it was a matter of adding the appropriate reference in VBA. I do not remember the specific one, however.

I was unable to use the "normal" graph in a form, so i took the graph from the report generator. Does that help any?
