I'm old. There, I said it. I did quite a bit of database work in Ashton Tate dBase, Foxbase & then Microsoft Foxpro & Visual Fox. That being said, I have a foundation in database theory & practice. I've been out of the loop for 30 years, but have recently volunteered to help a non-profit with their membership program. I've been playing with Access & think it would surely serve their needs.

I was a falconer & still am a fisherman & I think I'm gonna need some help & hope i came to the right place.

Al

Hello, Al, and welcome to the forums. Don't let "old" be an issue. I've been retired for over 10 years (and didn't retire early). Lots of us are still around who worked with even the early versions of Access. So "old" is just a number. (I know, I know... it's an UGLY number - but still just a number.)

Thanx Doc… I’m 75. My 4 year old grandson, who is good with numbers informed me that when he’s my age I’ll be 154. Hmmm.

Welcome Al! Many here are old, so you're joining a group with at least that in common.
