**I have started with something like this:** =IIf([SqareFeet]>1000<1500,and [ServiceTermID]=Initial,"$100")

But i know this dont work, I also research that the max of IIF statements is 7

**The price is based on the SquareFeet and ServicTerm**

Can someone help me or get me started on the right direction.

Thanks everyone!

Are you going to make a pricelist or ??
Start to make a table with the Square Feet, (Square Feet from, Square Feet too), Prepaid, Initial, Quarterly, Monthly, Prepaid as fields name.
If you hardcode all these value in iif structures, it would be a hard work to change later.

Thanks for the fast reply JHB, I have started the table as suggested but im still comfuse on how am I going code this.

Ok, then I'll help you, but first I have to know, if are you going to make a pricelist or what??

JHB, I appreciate the help. I have a price list for this project.

Ok. If you already have a price list, what is it then you want to create/ to do?
