Help File

Does anyone know how to OPEN a help file in 2000? I created the .hlp file in the Help Workshop. I have all the topics and IDs set. There is an item in the custom menu bar called 'View Help File' and I'm trying to open the Help File using the WinHelp API function. The problem is that it opens a window that displays one item in the help file instead of the entire help files with all the topics showing in tree form. The window should only show the 'Contents' and 'Find' tabs. This is the window that I want to open first.

This Win API opens that first window which has its own menu at the top - 'File', 'Edit', 'Bookmark', 'Options' and 'Help'. I can't get rid of this first window. If I click on 'Contents' in this first file, THEN it opens up the entire help file. How to skip that first window??

I found what the problem was. It was while I was creating the Help project file in Help workshop.
