Question Help With New Access Project

Hi all, please find attached database completed upto now!

Was wondering if somebody could help me with this new project.

This database contains collections and delivery points for our customers.

A customer can make upto 1 to 3 delivery and collection bookings per day and these are all invoiced on the last day of every month.

So for 1 invoice number there could be 20 or 30 bookings on 1 invoice.

Hope this makes sense?

The problem i have is linking which table with what and have they the correct fields contained in the tables to link (relationships) each other.

aim of database

when a customer calls to make booking, we will then enter this information into it and raise an invoice for all these bookings at the end of the month.

so when we enter a job this will then bring up data for records that have not been invoiced and allow to add the new booking to the invoice.

and when they make a new booking and there has been no data entered for the current month then a new invoice number will be created to add future bookings for the month.

Do you complete this now as a manual paper exercise? If so, can you not convert the logic into Access routines and procedures. Think of each step as a data entry point and what tables ou need to record what you are doing now.

Rule of thumb is. If you can write it down then Access can do it.
