Hi all, I'm from Italy.

I'm trying to learn Access for a project at work: put all the employee files (about 6000 employees) on PC (scan into PDF), using Access as a digital archive. I will succeed? I have no idea..

Hello, Ivy, and welcome to the forum. From your description, that is not a particularly big DB and therefore should not be impossible.

However, when you start asking questions (in one of the technical sections) please clarify what you mean by "scan into PDF". You don't do a scan into a PDF through Access -though you could EXPORT something like a report into a PDF.
