I do a lot of work as a volunteer with a local charity and as Access is a hobby of mine, I'm working on an application to automate3 as muchof their admin tasks as I can. I havee been dabbling for 20+ years and have (nearly always) managed without using VBA. I've nothing against VBA, just the time commitment involved in learning it. But now and again I struggle to get a macro to do what I want it to (like now), which is when I need expert help like yours.
