Hi,

I was just wondering if there was anything like the Hide Duplicates function thats available in reports for forms? I basically want a continuous form, but certain fields to be hidden if the one above is the same. Any way to do it?

Thanks!

Becasue I need to be able to change data.

Sorry, If it seems that I hijack this post, but I also would like to hide duplicates on forms...

I have posted this thread

http://www.access-programmers.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=156087

but I still don't know how to do hide duplicates on a form...

I have a DB displaying stats on hockey players. I have a form with a subform - The subform show the details on each players.

Year League GP G P Total Penalty

2002-03 AHL 12 4 2 6 42
2002-03 NHL 45 12 6 18 82

Under Year - I would like to hide the second 2002-03. I can do this easily using reports but I'm having problem to accomplish this on a form.

Thanks

Neither one of you has explained WHY you need to hide the duplicates.

Ok, well...

I have records with each of them having a unique number. Each record can have notes attached to them. Some of the records have more than 1 note.
I want a form which outputs the numbers, and then the related notes. I dont, however, want the numbers coming out against each note. What im looking for is efectivley a continuous form within a form, but you cant do that, so i thought hiding duplicates could work.
