How can i swap this table colums and rows?

Hi have a table like below

Name Jan Feb Mar ect
A 1 2 4 5
B 3 4 8 8
C 5 5 9 7
D 2 7 8 8

I want to swap this so it looks like this

-----A B C
Jan
Feb
Mar
etc


Can anyone let me know how to do this?

You should normalize your table if you are going to use Access o other RDBMS.

I think Excel has this feature. As jdraw said, normalization is best as that solves the problem permanently but as a temporary solution, export to Excel and try to flip it there.
