Trump's staff said that he never said that. WHY NOW, 2 weeks before the election, when there will be not time to get the actual facts out, does the scumbag Atlantic publish this lie? And why do you believe it? Why do you ALWAYS believe the lies? Anybody can say that Trump said anything. When others immediately contradict the negative reports, you don't back down. We never get a quote. It is always inuendo. "sources say". If Trump said it in your presence, would you be ashamed to say that you are the one who reported the quote? Probably. Calling Trump a fascist is not stating a fact. It is stating an opinion. You would be hard pressed to come up with any action Trump took as President that was fascist. What people says to his confidents in private should always remain private. The Atlantic attributed an actual quote to Trump. Trump said: "bla bla bla". That is stating a fact.
