Question How to calculate Amount Due and Balances

I have a question regarding Automatic calculation and showing me the current amount due, and if i have entered some deposits then how access show me the balance as well? Could any one explain me how we can do all that?

If i have understood your qustion , This is one way you get the balance .
You will require 3 fields on you Form .

amount due Paid Balance
Bound Bound Unbound
The control source of the Balance field would be as follows : =[Amount Due] - [ Paid]
All forms should be formatted to currency
