Hello.

I am new to Access. (2003)

I have a make couple of Forms and couple of tables.

My problem is how to I connect the form to the table, so it will store entered data from the form to the table.
There are about 2-4 places where the user can enter data into the Form and it should be stored to a table.
I made 5 forms and 5 tables, where the user fills out the first form and clicks next and next form opens and so on.

If possibly I would like to skip all the coding that can be used.

create your tables (done) Let the Access wizard create your forms.

Summary....
Open your form in design mode. Click on the small black square in the top LH corner of your form. In the properties, under record source, select your table. Once the table is selected, go to the properties of each text box and set the control source to be field you require in your table.

And it worked great ...

Thanx so much for that.

After all these hours in the book i have I had better spend 10 minutes here before looking in the book for hours.

This forum is great. I bought the Access 2000 bible a few years ago. Cost me a fortune, taught me nothing.
