How to view/amend Lookup Values in Access 2016

Hi,

I have lookup fields in my tables and each lookup option has a number assigned to it (e.g. No = 0, Yes = 1 Not Sure = 2). How can I view/amend the number assigned to each lookup option in my table? When I click Modify Lookups, I can only see the text value and not the number that is assigned to it.

see the Table refered by the Lookup and modify that table.
if there is no Table, then it is only a List of 0,1,2
