Import/Export menu bars

I have menu bars that I did in a database and I want to use them in other databases.
Is there a way to import or export them, or do I have to create them over and over again.

Import menus and toolbars
You can import custom menus and toolbars from a Microsoft Access database or Microsoft Access project. However, Access won't import a toolbar, menu bar, or shortcut menu if it has the same name as one in the Access data file you're importing to — you must rename it before importing.

Open a database.
On the File menu, point to Get External Data, and then click Import.
In the Files of type box, make sure Microsoft Access (*.mdb, *.adp) is selected.
In the Look in box, select the drive and folder for the Microsoft Access database (.mdb or .adp) that you want to import from, and then double-click the database.
In the Import Objects dialog box, click Options.
Under Import, click Menus and Toolbars.
