Items in header won't show in Form View

Hello,
In design view of my form, I have placed a few fields in the header area, so that they will remain stationary as I scroll up/down my form in form view. However, when I switch to Form View, the header and the fields in the header are no longer visible. Can anyone help?

Is the form set to SINGLE form view? It won't work right if on Continuous or Datasheet view. It sort of works in Continuous view but setting it to be a field in the record is not good to do in continuous form view.

It's already in single form view, so I suppose that's not the problem. I tried switching it to continuous view and that didn't seem to change anything. Any other ideas?

Did you put it in the page header or form header? It would need to be in the form header and not the page header.

Be sure to put any text boxes in the FORM header, not the PAGE header.
