Hello.
im doing a event project here.
first, i have created a access db.
this db is connected to a sharepoint site. which again is connected to a shared calendar in outlook. the data displayed in this outlook calendar is the same fields as in the access db. so i wonder if it somehow was possible to create a hyperlink similar string in the access db, and store this in the description field of the event. this will then be shown in the event data in outlook. and i could simply click the hyperlink and the access record where all the details for this event are located will open.
to simplify:
i guess if its possible to create a link from a cell in excel (dont know if this is possible), i could use the same method here.
all i need is a hyperlink to open a specified record from another microsoft application..
hmm, i guess this is a hard nut!
Thank you for all inputs!!
