Mbd locked

I was working with a stand alone mbd. Some how on closing the file, the locking information did not go. On opening the file, I get a message: " Unwanted file format (c:\raw\.................) OK/cancel"

How do I open the file? Please help.

Can you delete the locking file?

I have deleted the .ldb file. No change.
Unable to open the mdb file.
