My understanding is a report will print in whatever colour/greyscale setting was chosen when the report was saved irrespective of any properties set to the printer thereafter, including at the time of print.
So with printer A set to colour, the report will come out back and white if it was saved with print properties back and white. NO matter if subsequently I change the printer properties. Unless I resave the report.
This seems be be what I have read, and what I see when I test it.
But I have an mde - so I cannot resave the report can I?
So how can a user choose to print in colour or black and white for my report?
Another of Access' annoyances, hopefully it has a simple, but to me as yet unfindable solution.
Cheers.
