Hello everyone, I'm new here and I'm also new to the Access tool, so throughout this project I've encountered many difficulties, but in order to give a better understanding, I'll explain what I want. I'm trying to create a data and information archiving structure using some Excel files, which people update with data and then are joined together by a link in another Excel file. This other Excel file is automatically updated as people insert and save the data, and in the future, it should also contain a link to an Access file that allows it to be always updated with information from the initial files. The problem is when I take this Excel file that contains the joining of the others and try to export it to Access, in which it appears with missing data, in specific rows.
I checked if there was anything wrong with these rows but I couldnt find nothing.
I also got another 3 files linked to another one (INTERNO) with the same purpose as (MANUT), although they are working fine and Im only putting them here in case of anything
Im gonna live here a picture of the specific rows that are missing and the link of the exact ACCESS file that Im trying to insert the data, although Im not expecting you guys to open cause this is the internet.

MONITORIZAÇÃO= ACCESS FILE that joins "CONSOLIDADO_MANUT" AND "CONSOLIDADO_INTER"

SAUDE, GONÇALVES, PATRICIA, SILVIA= Data insertion Files
CONSOLIDADO_MANUT= FILE that join the 4 above

MP1, MP2, MP3,= Data insertion Files
CONSOLIDADO_INTERNO= FILE that join the 3 above

did you know that Linked excel file cannot be viewed when In used, or I maybe wrong?

put the excel file in a .Zip then post it as attachment.

How about a simple test. Highlight the excel data and use a copy command, then open either your database or create a new one to test. Then use a paste command into a new table and when it pastes select to use the first row as field names and once its pasted successfully open the table to see if all the data is there and then explore the table design. Also it should create a table of any row errors and list which rows are the issues. That would be my start point when it doesn't import successfully.
