navigation form

Hi everyone. i have a navigation form and i added a button for a form that contains a combobox and a listbox, a query showed in listbox and filtered by the combobox. The problem is that the form is working fine alone. But when i added it to the navigation form when i press the navigation button for the form it shows a dialoge asking for the criteria of the query. I realy need help because the application is almost done. And there is no codes related to the form. Thank you for your help.

Once you added the Form to your Navigation Form the Criteria you had set in the query for that Form has to be updated because it now become a Subform.

Need help fixing that? Please post the SQL for the query of the Form you added to the Navigation Form as well as the name of the Navigation Form.
