Hi, i am looking for something where i am not really sure about the wording.
I would like to have a form in datasheet view listing records. While cliking on a record i would like to have a subform opened under the records (like in case of the tables with one-to-many relations). Is this possible in access?
thank you

I wouldn't use the subdata sheet. I think it is very confusing to look at. A better interface would be to use the double click event of some control and open a popup form that shows the related records. If you also want to use this popup for data entry, remember that YOU MUST populate the FK because Access isn't going to do it for you. Use the BeforeInsert event to populate the FK.
