Open specific hard drive folder

Hey

Not sure if this one is possible. I've looked around the forums and the internet, but I can't come up with a search string specific enough to help.

I would like to open up a windows folder so the user can view it. For example C:\Example\New Folder.

I also would like to open a .pdf file.

Effectively I want Access to 'double click' the .pdf file to open it as it would had a clicked it myself.

or
shell("explorer H:\Folder\SubFolder")

search on getobject and/or read the help on it. If acrobat is installed... that is....
