Parameter not producing

I have this parameter

Between [Forms]![frmDATEPARAM]![STARTDATE] And [Forms]![frmDATEPARAM]![ENDDATE]

after the dates are entered into the parameter form and the run button is pressed, it pops up the parameter entry boxes.

What am I missing?

That looks okay, so double check the spelling of the form and control names. The form is still open when the query runs, right?
