Maybe that is where it went off the tracks. Did you try without the spreadsheet?

Hi
You can download the Google Docs file into Word and then zip the Word file and post the zip file.

I'm not an administrator but I am a moderator. That message is probably due to our anti-spam settings. We've had a lot of problems with folks posting inappropriate links and had to throttle certain abilities. What you did is neither wrong nor right, but it DID run up against a barrier. See also @mike60smart solution. Don't try to post links to anything for a while yet.

There is a threshold of 100 posts before you can post links. You have a way to go.

HEY Doc
My post contains no links.

Maybe, maybe not. It was created in Google docs and contains Google sheets. Perhaps that is enough to trigger the anti-spam algorithm. Try the alternative MikeSmart suggested.

Did Google Docs leave any embedded links in the sheets?
