I have a need to print 30 address labels (on an Avery 5160) for the same contact. How do I print ONE contact's address 30 times on the same label page? I bought an Access for Dummies 2002 book and it spent about 1.5 pages talking about labels. I guess it's to uncommon to print 30 copies of SAME address on a label sheet.

thanks in advance for your quick replies!!

Thanks Neil. This solved my problem of needing 30 labels for a single contact. However, this will now yield me 3000 labels for 100 contacts. What I really want is to print 30 labels of ONE contact. How do I print just 30 labels of the "current" record I am looking at and not 30 labels for each of 100 contacts? This is probably a simple task....please pardon my ignorance as I am a newbie. Thanks in advance. -philip

You need to filter your data according to the current record. If you have the primary key value on the form, then you can reference that using Forms!NameOfMyForm!NameOfMyPKControl
