Question Re: Modal Dialog form (1 Viewer)

Hello form forum friends

I created a very simple form using the blank form option on the ribbon. It has two buttons. One button with a macro opening a query to create a table I use for a mail merge. The second button has a macro calling the word mail merge wizard. This works fine, but the form looks terrible. It takes up the entire screen &
has no borders or controls to close the screen.

I created a modal screen from the create screen options & it looks great, I copied the controls from my original screen But on the modal screen i get the following error

I'm just trying to create a form that has borders & lets me close it. I'm pretty sure I'm just missing some basic information & skiil.?

Perhaps you didn't mean to create a Modal form. Try using a Popup form instead.

Go to the Properties Window of the Form while in Design View and select Yes for Popup and No to Modal.
