Hi there,

I have a report which has a sub-report with a table layout.

My issue is sometimes the Item row has more text than fits on the line so using the 'Can Grow' option it will wrap onto the next line. However:
1. the Cost column will remain aligned to the top of the row
2. the dividing line will not automatically stretch further than the length of the row

I am wondering if there is anyway to change this so the cost box will align to the bottom of the item box and the dividing line will extend until the next row.

All suggestions welcome 🙏

Good shout!

The vertical alignment is excellent - just working on integrating into my project.

I would like to try gridlines. Is there any way to specify which borders to display e.g. only left and right

Actually, yes.

As you can see in the above image of the control Properties, you simply set the Style of the gridline to Transparent, if you don't want to turn it on.

The vertical alignment works well with individual textbox/labels but if I use 'can grow' option it will throw an error. Not sure if there is any way round this?

I did try the above option of gridlines with and without a solid border but only the border displays when I view 'Print Preview'. Am I doing something wrong?
