what is the layout of your report? does one image overlap another? perhaps change the order so the 'round' image is at the back

When the OP answers the questions and clarifies what
i tried everything trick but nothing work.
Means perhaps we can move forward

With regards creating a transparent circle, refer to a photoshop forum or their help pages

That's trivial in most image editing applications. I can't tell for Photoshop exactly, but with Paint.Net it's these steps:
  1. Select the round area you want to make transparent,
  2. Hit the [DEL] key to remove everything in the area
  3. Save the image in a format supporting transparency, e.g. PNG.
  4. Done.
