The ultimate "gotcha" pending on that backdoor is that if some unscrupulous non-government actor or group breaks the backdoor, even iPhones held by the government wouldn't be safe. And if you can hack encryption from the front, it wouldn't be that hard to hack from the back. Good-bye, government secrets.

Yeah it's like by requiring the back door they're lowering security for everything because of the back door exists, it will be exploited by hackers
