Save a report as a picture file

Anyone know if there is any way of saving a report as a .bmp or a .jpeg file. I am trying to create a file on the network to use as the desktop background on users PCs.

Have you tried a screen grab?

If that doesn't work try snagit 8, it's not free but it's not expensive and is very good.

When you installed Office you had an option to install some conversion routines. If you installed the graphics conversion, you have half a chance to do this. You might, however, have to go through Word as an intermediary. Going through Word loses some of the graphics associated with reports, but might do what you want. One page at a time, of course.
