Search Form Query

Hi,

I am trying to create a query where a user will enter information in boxes (any combination) on a form and a query will bring up the joined information from 4 different tables but I do not know where to start with the relationships on the query let alone the best method to search.

I would really appreciate if someone could take the time to go through it step by step for me so I can learn! To start it off I have attached a db with the tables and the form I want the user to enter the search criteria into as well as my attempt at a query.

I looked at your database and don't see anything that indicates criteria entered can be searched. Maybe this will help...

Also, I see you are using Reserved Words for field names, that's never a good idea, for Access or for you. You'll want to fix that. For a complete list of Reserved Words see...

You can probably tell from my question that I am a rank amateur! That link explains it perfectly for me so thanks for the info.
