Do you mean you want what is typically called a kiosk application (i.e. no keyboard) and users just touch buttons to make an entry? If so, use the click event for each button

Well that's a very wide open question and you have already received some excellent answers but you don't seem to be responding in an appropriate manner. You're not likely to be taken seriously especially, if you post in different languages.

I'm assuming you have no idea what you want to do, so I'm making some general observations.

You'll have to make your forms a suitable size for the device they are going to be shown on, so that's the first question you need to answer, what device(s) are you aiming at. The answer will dictate the size and style of your MS Access Forms.

It is unlikely it will be possible to enter data directly into to the controls, therefore you will need pop-up forms that transfer the data, the text, numbers, dates things like that, into the controls. These pop-up forms should have big command buttons suitable for the touch screen size.

If you're expecting to use the MS Access database over a Wi-Fi network then there are some problems with standard MS Access, it does not like sending data over Wi-Fi...

As ArnelGP suggests, there maybe something available off the shelf...
