Table not expanding

I have a table that has the "+" sign beside each record allowing me to "drill down" or expand the selection to see related information. It has the "+" sign in the table in the BACK end but not in the linked table in the FRONT end. All my other tables do.

In the front end, in design view of table in questtion, in the Property Sheet, check the property Subdatasheet Name. Compare the value with the value for other tables.

having said that - in truth the facility ought to be disregarded. it is better not to interact directly with tables.
