Check the questions in the access forums, same ones that get asked OVER and OVER and OVER again about the same time a new semester starts.

I've already encountered two different threads by two different posters with the exact same question. I pointed the first one in the right direction (I'm sure s/he'll just ask for more information); I told the second one to ask his classmate
