Of course, the Biden administration will not be referring to their "Diversity Officers" as "Political Commissars", but that is Orwellian "Newspeak" to obscure their real purpose. Individual stories are now starting to emerge concerning "diversity training". Recently the "Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin has ordered a Department of Defense-wide “stand down” in the next two months to focus on political and ideological extremism in the ranks." .. "U.S. Special Operations Command has reassigned its first “chief of diversity and inclusion” while it investigates Richard Torres-Estrada’s social media posts." Nancy Pelosi even spoke of having to ferret out the "enemy within" referring to Republican Congress members. The Biden administration may still be "young", but the process of expunging those not adhering to the Democratic Party's political agenda seems to be gathering momentum.

I have a feeling our Supreme Court will be busy

Assuming that the court system hasn't been subverted. Trump only put a temporary pause in Obama's placement of activist justices. Biden has now resumed that.

"The Supremes" are feckless empty robes. They did nothing to save the 2020 election. They will not save the republic, the Democrats will call them names if they try and they'll fold like a broken chair. State legislatures must regain the power that has been usurped over the years.

Good luck to State legislatures in trying to regain power. Federal law of the land rules. Try going rogue and the result will utimately be what happened to the nut job who tried to ram through a barricade near the U.S. Capitol building. Let that incident also be a reminder to anyone contemplating insurrection, domestic terrorism, etc. We're not playing around anymore. Martial Law will be invoked if need be.

Thank you for warning us of your decision, Frank. Good to know! :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

You reject the US Constitution. Specifically, the 10th Amendment in this case: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people." It appears, based on your posts, that you support a totalitarian regime (dictatorship) run by the Democratic Party as the government for the US.
The 10th does not give states a blank check to do whatever they feel like. If a state violates any part of the U.S. Constitution, then Federal judges will intervene. Article VI, Paragraph 2 of the U.S. Constitution is commonly referred to as the Supremacy Clause. It establishes that the federal constitution, and federal law, take precedence over state laws, and even state constitutions.

While the Supremacy Clause does give precedence to federal law that is consistent with the US Constitution, it does not allow the federal government to establish laws that override state laws where the federal government does not have the jurisdiction under the Constitution. So it is absurd for you to cite the Constitution since you reject the US Constitution and advocate (by implication) the establishment of a totalitarian regime (dictatorship) run by the Democratic Party.

Well, we shall soon see who wins in those states who, for example want to restrict voting rights. I think you're all in for a rude awakening. However, we will selectively let you break Federal Laws, like growing and smoking marijuana, so you can mellow out. The other option is for a state to secede from the union, if you don't like the feds breathing down your neck. Maybe all you republican renegades can move to Texas and break away from the union. Or maybe we should withdraw from the treaty of guadalupe-hidalgo and return Texas to Mexico.

Or return DC back to Maryland - except let's give it to Vermont, they deserve each other :p

Again, you respond with non-sensical evasion.
I am obviously being sarcastic because you obviously don't know constitutional law. You think states can do whatever they please, and then have the nerve to demand help from the federal government when convinient. Nothing is free... quid pro quo.

You mean like CA, NY & IL's draconian COVID responses, destroying lives and businesses at a whim, then getting huge Fed bailouts? Is it that kind of nerve or something different?

I sometimes read articles about these mass shooters (or similar people), and they'll show you the type of things they posted on social media in weeks & months leading up to the incident. The disturbing thing is their posts look about like Frank's.

I mean like Texas asking for federal help after the recent deep freeze knocked out their ill-designed power grid, while their unregulated energy providers are gouging texans with thousand dollar bills.

Nice try Issac, but I am on the right side of the Law and fully support Biden and the Democratic agenda. Republican extremists are the one's who are desperately losing their minds and comitting domestic terrorist acts.

Definitely a lefty lunatic ⬇️ Similar to the lunatic NYC let out of jail after killing his mom, then kicked the crap out of an elderly Asian woman.

The left are the unhinged extremist, follow the science.

Social media is busy scrubbing this guy's profiles because he doesn't fit their narrative as a white supremacist with an AR-15.

Without distinction, anyone who attempts or perpetrates an attack against government will be neutralized. The Patriot Act authorizes government to monitor foreign and domestic threats. Right wing extremists and their sympathizers are at the top of that watch list. We won't hesitate to impose Martial Law to protect our national security.

So you're OK with Russians and Iranians voting in our elections? I didn't even mention dead people and illegal aliens because I'm sure you actually want them to vote because they're such nice people. Because that's what happens when you don't have to check IDs. People can just show up and vote.

Just FYI, The parts of HR1 that change voting laws, violate the Constitution and will be challenged if it passes the Senate. The Constitution specifically leaves the regulation of voting to the states. You can change that if you want. The Constriction provides for it. Get an Amendment passed if you can..

The pundits were talking on TV last night about irreconcilable differences and perhaps breaking up the US. That would be fine with me. I'm tired of the cancel culture and the welfare state and personal pronouns. Since you hate Americans, we'll keep the name and you can call yourself something else.
