I came across a DB with a single form. It is asking the question why are the min, max, and X buttons disabled. There is no code, and I can't seem to find the setting that does this. Does anyone know how to do this? Please enlighten me how this is done.

They are hidden rather than disabled.
The form border style is set to none on the property sheet.
This removes the title bar and control box with max/min & close buttons

In addition, the min / max buttons have been removed so that if you change the border style you will only see the close button

My answer related to the buttons on the form title bar (which I thought you meant) and not those in the Access application title bar.
Those are indeed disabled due to the modal setting.

If you want to take this one stage further, also disable the modal form's shortcut menu. Then try to close the app! Have fun!
