It looks like http://www.accountingsuccess.com/ has Access based accounting solutions and they include the source code so you can modify it later.

You have to pay $ to get the source code.

Or do you want a free database? Accounting database take a lot of effort in terms of developing. They also require a lot of knowledge in terms of understanding accounting practices. I doubt you will find a complete, high end, open source solution in Access that is free. However, I sure if you google there will be plenty of basic solutions that are free that you could learn from.

stopher took the words right out of my mouth. Why is the source code so important to you? Are you trying to pawn off someone else work as your own? Do you have a project to complete and you're not able to? This forum is VERY helpful when you're trying to figure something out provided you've shown that you are trying and simply getting stuck, however most of the experienced posters here work with Access for a living and aren't likely to simply give away a fully formed commercial grade application for nothing...though some of the databases in the Sample Code forum are pretty close.

I have a an accounting database for sale. It is Open source and has all the code. I don't have Cash Flow, but it has everything else.
