This is a fork of the MAGA thread. With the election of Trump, Democrats have gone to US Federal District Courts to block Trump from implementing the Republican agenda, which the public voted for. Essentially this is a new version of lawfare, where District Courts are aggrandizing the scope of their jurisdiction from reviewing criminal/civil actions within a specific geographical area to issuing nationwide injunctions against the U.S. government (Executive Branch). Below is an excellent video from Mark Levin discussing this emerging threat to the US judicial process.

Moreover, as the Supreme Court has repeatedly made clear – federal courts generally have no jurisdiction over the President’s conduct of foreign affairs, his authorities under the Alien Enemies Act, and his core Article II powers to remove foreign alien terrorists from U.S. soil and repel a declared invasion," Leavitt added. "A single judge in a single city cannot direct the movements of an aircraft carrier full of foreign alien terrorists who were physically expelled from U.S. soil."
PS: There is an irony in the judge attempting to stop Trump from deporting the illegal aliens. Why was there no judge ordering Biden to stop importing illegal aliens?

Maybe Trump shouldn't make any more proclamations or fanfare over the event and just do it under the cover of night, just like Biden did when bussing them all over the US with our tax dollars. If the judge doesn't know it happened, he can't complain about it.

Our system of government has a problem with symmetry. The Biden administration abused our political process. One example, opening the border and letting inviting everyone in. No due process there. Now Trump wants to deport the illegal immigrants, the woke left screams that the due process of the poor illegal immigrants are being violated. It is simply insane - one side violates the law, but then disingenuously demands that the law be scrupulous followed by the other side in correcting that wrong. One can argue that two wrongs don't make a right, but then you are left paralyzed, with those who originally broke the law winning (the illegal immigrants can't be deported). Trump, to get things corrected, needs to simply deport every illegal immigrant (period).

And what Trump is doing is not wrong. He is following our laws.

Evidently there are over 600 District Court Judges. Levin contemplates how the president can even do anything if anyone of these judges has an opportunity to place an injunction on the president. The Executive Branch will be paralyzed. This is judicial tyranny.

Let's see, the judge ordered the plane to turn around. It ran out of fuel and everyone died due to the judges order. Guess he didn't think that order through.

I saw Mark's piece Steve and has some really good points. At what point does the president get to be the president?

Since Trump is not running for re-election, he should not be so quick to comply with any rouge misguided activist judges that are concerned more about terrorists than the American people. They obviously don't care about the deportee's. Their only purpose is to interfere with the speed of the agenda. You know, tie everything up in court until the term is over where we find out what we knew all along. This time however, we just move forward, and then later when they cry foul, we point out that their entire basis was false in court after the fact and therefore we get the job done and prove our case in court on our terms. Not much they can or will do about it. Especially if he does what he promised to do. It's a mandate, plain and simple.

Speed of execution is key, and they know it. This is why they love lawfare against anyone who would disturb their peaceful corruption scam that funnels money into the democrat pet project slush fund. Look at their family members and their involvement in non profits. There is a clear connection. The more you look, the more you see what is really going on. This is why they hate Elon, he is looking and he is looking hard.

An additional, very relevant observation from Miller: "It takes 5 Supreme Court justices to issue a ruling that affects the whole nation. Yet lone District Court judges assume the authority to unilaterally dictate the policies of the entire executive branch of government." As pointed out by Mark Levin, there are 600+ District judges. An obvious implication; those who want to obstruct the Executive Branch could easily shop for a sympathetic judge.

Some will sanctimoniously squeal, that there is an appeal process! True. But appeals take time. In the meantime, the president's agenda is stalled. @Mike Krailo recognized that: "Speed of execution is key, and they know it.", which is why the progressive left will be using the pool of 600+ District judges as the "new" mechanism for lawfare (judicial tyranny).

The article below highlights a failure of our legal system. The Biden administration invites millions of illegal aliens to enter this country without any vetting. Now when it comes to deporting them, Democrats (all of sudden) assert that, each illegal alien is "entitled" to a full range of endless judicial review and appeal???? This country will be paralyzed.
“These same district court judges didn’t do a damn thing to stop Joe Biden from flooding this nation with millions of illegal aliens. [They] didn’t issue any injunctions to save the lives of Jocelyn Nungaray or Laken Riley … How are you going to expel illegal alien invaders from our country who are raping [and] murdering little girls if each and every deportation has to be adjudicated by a district court judge?”(emphasis added)

Now multiply that by 600+ judges all claiming the same jurisdiction.

So we are supposed to believe in a judge with TDS and who also supported the abuse of the FISA court would actually make a legitimate ruling? Seems that he should have recused himself. Since he didn't that means that his faux legal decision was really nothing more than a Democratic partisan political hit-piece to obstruct Trump.

What was allowed to happen in the last administration with virtually no push back at all from congress or judges is very illegal and a dereliction of duty for the office of the presidency. Part of the way they did it was simply to deny that it was happening and only admit to it after the damage was done.

We cannot exactly use that same tactic in reverse as there is a microscope on Trumps every move as there has always been even when not in office. We need emergency legislation that makes it crystal clear that the president has legal authority to remove ANY illegal alien for any reason and the determination is solely his. This is necessary to stop the judges in their tracks. Hurry up and get the legislation through now. It would be great if SCOTUS would step in, but they can nit pick this in many ways from many angles without clarity of power. If anyone is not an illegal alien, you have nothing to worry about and will have full protection from the courts just like the rest of us.

We have a unique situation that we never had in the history of our country where millions of unvetted illegal aliens have infiltrated our country in a few short years. This requires extra clear power and authority by the president to remove them without any possiblility for push back. It's hard enough just to find them, but anyone harboring them should be treated with even more severity.

I have heard that Congress can limit the jurisdiction of the District Courts to their defined areas. This would stop the "judges in their tracks". Now, if only, the Republicans can: "Hurry up and get the legislation through now".

I don't think this enough. I would rather see full presidential power to remove any illegal alien from anywhere within our borders. The judges already have jurisdiction for their area, but should not have any power to help circumvent the mandated task at hand. They should not have any authority to protect illegal alien's from presidential removal based on the massive damage that has already been caused. It might seem like over reach in some ways, but was it not over reach to allow them to come in by the millions unvetted in the first place? This has to be immediately remedied while we have a president willing to finally do it.

All the judges currently participating in this attack against the will of the American people need to be investigated and every legal push back against them should be used including impeachment. This has nothing to do with their rulings and everything to do with a coordinated political attack on presidential power by clearly far left judges. They aren't doing this for the people, they are doing it to fight against the American people and what we voted for. The number of injunctions against Trump is absurdly high and outside the normal mean for a president and he is only half way through his allotted eight years of service. This fact cannot be ignored.

We have always known about the corruption in the government, but we did not really know how it was being done until now. This is starting to be uncovered and when the deceptive practices are exposed, these loopholes need to be removed as well. Everything that is spent by the government has to be accountable and trackable and should never flow into illegal alien's pockets. This is a high crime and misdemeanor against the country by the deep state and it has to end now.

Once the money stops flowing into the pockets of illegal's, they have no job, no money, no shelter, no nothing. They won't want to stay here anymore.

@Mike Krailo: Fully agree. A pet peeve though, the left does something illegal with very little legal push-back. However, when conservatives attempt to correct that abuse, all of sudden the left sanctimoniously claims that the law must be scrupulously followed and that those affected have "rights" and endless appeals. The result being that our judicial system is paralyzed.

The president should have the ability to immediately deport every illegal immigrant anywhere in the US without legal obstruction.

Which brings us to exhibit "D", the perfect symbol for the democrat party.

Every Republican who went along with this travesty of justice should rot in hell. Just because they hated Trump was no reason to not defend the Constitution. They are feckless pieces of dog poo.

It is what it is, we have to go forward with what we got now. It's really hard to get anything done when constantly battling in court. We have a decent system when it is not abused, but when it is abused, the whole thing builds up the corruption from within. It's being uncovered now, and hopefully the light will shine so bright on the details to how it works that we can legislatively cure the cancer from within by a series of legal changes in the law to prevent it from ever happening again. We really need constitutional amendments, but we know that will never happen without support of a large chunk of the democrats, so that options is out. That leaves the big beautiful bill to save us.

I'm afraid the Republicans are too deep in the s*** with the Dems to want to give up the gravy train
