Cupcake has informed me that I need to start taking better care of myself, etc. So I thought would subscribe to a health magazine to scan through in my spare moments and maybe try to develop more of a health conscious life style. Anybody recommend any good ‘Heath’ related magazines?

(I already browse through my in-law's aarp so don't go there - :p)

Any magazine will do so long as you buy it from a shop a good 30 minutes walk away.

I don't think I can get email in the john - :(

(That's where the reading stool is located :p)

Sure you can!!

Bring your laptop

Then bring in my mini-fridge an cable tv set. I'd never come out - :p

There's a magazine called "Health and Efficiency", I hear that can be quite interesting.

This one:

HEALTH & EFFICIENCY - Naturism and Naturist, Naked images and editorial. The monthly magazine that believes in a No Inhibitions, No Clothes natural ...
henaturist.net/ - 33k - Cached - Similar pages...

???

I was going to suggest "Men's Health Magazine" (the one I read at my Dr's Office all of the time), but "Health and Efficiency" sounds so much more interesting!

I'm thinking anyone (like me :p) that reads more than a couple of lines in aarp should'n't be getting any nudie ideas. :p

Just because we are getting old, does not mean that we "should'n't be getting any nudie ideas". After all, we all have to take a shower and/or a bath now and then, right?

I'm perplexed as to the connection between hygiene and hedonism - :p

www.health.com or www.reiki.org if you're really adventurous.

But why is "cuptcake" not taking better care of you  Deary me, I always make a point of having my man's pipe lit for him, slippers warming by the fire, and I wouldn't dream of asking him to read his own newspaper while I still have my eyesight LOL. :D:rolleyes:

Thanks Ouma (:p)

I looked at Health magazine and might try it. Not sure about the reiki stuff... If I were a single person I might try.

Pop-law is going through some tuff times and I guess we're both starting to look in the mirror :(

As far as the warm slippers - would you happen to need a protege? (sp?) :p

But isn't that what women do anyway? It's what they're here for.
