In this post again you are spamming. Why you are promoting SysInfoTools. In this community no third party tool will be promote. Only manual methods will implement. If you want to promote third party app then go to other spamming forums.
I would not suggest any third party tool. Please peform manual operation. There are many manual operations available by Microsoft free of cost. If error still persist then you can provide answer to Social Technet forum. Here so many MVP's will provide correct answer.

After much struggle with this same issue I was able to solve the problem by installing the 32 bit version of the 2010 Access Database Engine. For some reason the 64bit version generates this error...
May be your mdb file is corrupted. So, to fix this issue try manual solutions like Import function. If still problem persists then try free tools which are safe.
