Also .. the form could just as easily be bound to a query as it would be to a table ...
In most cases .. it's preferred that a query be used for the Recordsource ...

I assume that the list box uses a query for the row source ..
If you are using a table for the row source .. then create a query for this instead ...
Then you can sort the query any way you wish.

Your table structure is not properly normalized ...
You have repeating groups in your table the the literal day fields ...
Each daily entry should be a seperate record in table ...

To add to what Pat has posted ...
If you have multiple addresses .. such as Home Address, Business Address, Shipping Address .. ect ... you should have an additional child table for these entries with a field to indentify the address type ..
