Greetings from Toronto, Canada
I am, what I guess is called, a newbie.
Several months ago it occurred to me that managing data with Excel has too many limitations and I proceeded to look into alternatives such as File Maker Pro and Access. After joining Lynda.com and watching a video on File Maker Pro I decided I might be better off with Access. So two video lessons on Access and the creation of one large incomplete Access database later I am here to get help.
When trying to learn from instructional videos it can help to take notes. I’ve found Microsoft OneNote quite suited for this. It’s amazing how quickly you can forget information when viewing lengthy video courses.
I currently am only planning to use Access for personal use. There always seems to be data to be managed.
