how to retrieve data from access table into form? (1 Viewer)

Hi guys, I would like to retrieve data from my access table into my the form that i have designed, and would like to group data for eg; same colour as group as one.
Is this doable? if yes, how can i do it? Thank you.

Create a query that returns the required data.
Then create a form bound to that query.
