Access Apprentice looking for a Master... (1 Viewer)

Yes I'm acutely aware that Title comes across more than a little BDSMish but I like alliteration so I'm going with it.

Hi all! I'm Andrew, from Scotland and pretty much a complete novice at Access. Alas it has become required that I learn it now in my role at work but budgets being what they are can't get any formal classroom training or whatnot so cobbling things together when I can during office hours.

Y'all seem a friendly and helpful bunch so hoping you'll be able to help me too.

There's no doubt that here is the best place to learn.

However, if you are serious about being an apprentice, then we should at least explore it, as I would love the opportunity of learning how to teach an individual, as opposed to answering forum questions.

I tried once with one person a few years ago. That's when i discovered that teaching is an art in itself.
