Access import fails at any double quote (1 Viewer)

When importing an ascii text file into access and selecting a delimiter file type and selecting: other (other being the pipe: | character) and type the pipe character into the box. Access import fails/errors at the first double quote character (") within the file. Needless to say, I need to allow douple quots with the file imported to Access.
