Problems getting access to site (1 Viewer)

My programmer wishes to be able to post to the forum. He has tried to sign up but has somehow gotten locked out. Every time he tries to log in he gets a yellow message telling that the account has not been confirmed. He clicks to get an email but it never comes. He has checked his spam folder and it is not there. Is there any way to get this cleared up?
