Dear sir,
This is my first post and im new to ms access. I was tryin to solve this for several days bt i couldnt.

In my work place, I have 60 apartment names (Ex. C-6, C-7, C-8,..... , B-34, B-35).
Now Im creating a DB and form to make a apartment allocation creater.

I want to show all of those in my form by 60 radio buttons or 60 check boxes. Multyple selections need. and I want to get the selected apartment names in one field as well. (Not as numeric value. I wand names as example.)

I have experience with option groups but it only can select one option.

I hope this could be done in acces. so please anyone help me with this giving steps.

Thank You.

I would advise you look into a Listbox.
