is there a feature in MSAccess 97 to rescale the print area like in MSExcel. I'v got problem in printing of my report, I cannot fit all my fields.

Put simply no. You'll have to manually change the textbox/font sizes etc

I'm only using arial 8, and i beleive the smallest i got here.
mmm.. i'm thinking of dowloading small fonts maybe that's the only soluion.

Hello.

You can actually get font sizes smaller than what is available on the dropdown list. Just type it in and press enter.

I found that arial 6 is about as small as you can get and still read it, though it's hard to read when the report is in design mode. You can read it when it's printed......see attachment.
